Target: Legs & Hips. Work the sides of the legs intensly on the IT bands, adductors, and calves.
We will discuss the concepts of slowing down and finding inner peace in Kai Tsukimi’s ‘The Cat and the Moon’. We sugest brining a notebook and pen with you to take notes during the book club discussion.
