I have lived a homeopathic lifestyle with a focus on alternative medicine to heal the body and mind since a young age. Building off my personal experience, I felt called to help others through massage and graduated from the spa tech institute in 2011 with training in deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy. I also became certified in both reiki and polarity therapies, learning the energetic pathways of the body and how these methodologies can be used in healing the physical body. I have practiced skills in reiki, trigger point therapy, positional release therapy, cupping, and prenatal massage.
