Sara trained as a massage therapist alongside the Rocky Mountains in Colorado at the Denver Integrative Massage School. She continues her massage education at the Downeast School of Massage, as well as with practitioners across the country. Her approach to bodywork is inspired by the wavelike, compressive, and intuitive practices of Hawaiian Lomilomi and Thai massage. Her sessions ebb and flow between long, lapping, continuous strokes and deeper, heavier, more targeted strokes, integrating muscle-melting compressions and expansive stretching for a more dynamic approach to massage therapy. Sara is also a certified birth doula and loves working with new and expecting mums! Aside from massage, Sara holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Vermont, flameworks glass beads, and spends her days on the beach with her German Shepherd, Forest.
